Visit at Retirement home

On October 14,2015, the members of student company New Generation visited a Retirement home. The main reason of our visit was the fact, that October is a "Respect of the aged month" so that's why we decided to make one of these days more pleasant for them.
At first, Katarína Hrušková, a president of our student company, gave a short speech after which we all sang a couple of well known songs. Afterwards, we split up to groups and played board games such as Človeče nehnevaj sa, memory games, puzzle and a lot of others.
During playing these games the elders told us about their families and also some interesting memories from their youth. When our visit was coming to an end seniors thanked us for our visit and we all made an agreement that we will come to visit them more often.

Návšteva domova dôchodcov

Dňa 14. októbra 2015 boli členovia študentskej spoločnosti New Generation na návšteve v domove dôchodcov. Hlavným dôvodom našej návštevy bol fakt, že október je mesiacom úcty k starším ľuďom, a tak sme sa rozhodli, že im jeden deň z tohto mesiaca spríjemníme.
Na začiatku mala prezidentka š.s. Katarína Hrušková krátky príhovor, po ktorom sme im všetci s gitarovým sprievodom zaspievali niekoľko známych pesničiek. Následne sme sa rozdelili do skupín a spolu s dôchodcami hrali spoločenské hry ako Človeče nehnevaj sa, puzzle, pexeso a mnoho ďalších. Počas hrania hier nám rozprávali o ich rodinách a taktiež nám prezradili mnoho zaujímavostí z ich mladosti.
Keď sa naša návšteva chýlila ku koncu, všetci nám poďakovali za milú návštevu a dohodli sme sa, že takéto návštevy v domove dôchodcov budeme organizovať častejšie.
